1) Payment
Online payments are made to Party on a Cloud through Opayo payment services and merchant account company Elavon.
2) Payment Confirmation
Confirmation of your booking will be emailed to you upon receipt of payment. It is the responsibility of the person who made the order to check the information of their booking is correct. If there are any discrepancies, please let Party on a Cloud know as soon as possible, so it can be rectified.
3) Customer Data
All customer data collected is for Party on a Cloud’s use only and is kept safely and securely. Customer data will not be given or sold on to third parties under any circumstances.
4) Cancellations
If you cancel your child’s place at camp, you will be given a credit to use at another date of your choosing (subject to availability).
You must inform us 2 weeks before the date you wish to cancel via email to info@partyonacloud.co.uk
5) Photographic and video footage
Party on a Cloud Camps may be photographed or videoed for use on our website, flyers or other promotional material. If you wish to exclude your child we must be informed on your child’s booking details or via email to info@partyonacloud.co.uk before camp. All data is kept securely and is only for Party on a Cloud’s use.
6) At Camp
If a child is deemed unwell whilst at camp or their behaviour is unruly and out of control, Party on a Cloud may have to call the parent or emergency contact and may request for the child to be collected as soon as possible.
7) Liability
Party on a Cloud, its traders, leaders or any employees are not under any liability whatsoever in respect of personal injury or sickness to camp attendees, or for loss or damage to attendees’ property.
8) Policies and Procedures
Party on a Cloud Camp’s policies and procedures are available to view on our FAQ page under Insurance and safety policies. We also keep a copy on site during camp at St. John’s VC Infant and Nursery School in Radlett.
